Do you accept Veteran's benefits?
Home Care for Veterans - We are honored to help those who have served our country. Through the Veterans Administration, veterans and the surviving spouses of veterans may qualify for benefits which can significantly help defray the costs of in-home care. If you are a veteran or a surviving spouse of a veteran, we will be happy to help you through the application process.
What kind of services do you provide?
Home Care Services - We take this very seriously. We don't hire anyone we wouldn't feel comfortable taking care of someone in our own family. Every caregiver goes through a rigorous interview process which includes the following: a national and state criminal & driving background check, drug screen, proof of auto insurance, proof of citizenship, employment reference checks, personal ethics, special training and certification verification. In addition, all of our caregivers are bonded, insured, and covered by workers compensation, helping to ensure our clients peace of mind.
Do your caregivers have an specialized training?
Specialized Home Care Providers - All caregivers are certified nursing assistants (CNAs) or personal care aids (PCAs) who are all certified in First Aid & CPR. 4 Seasons Home Care also has a continuous education program which keeps caregivers current and up-to-date on the best practices within the personal care industry.
Can you care for my mom at the hospital or assisted living facility?
Yes. Our services can be provided anywhere our clients need them.
Do you accept long term care insurance?
Yes. We are network providers with all major Long Term Care Insurance providers and will take care of providing all the required documents needed to make the process streamlined.
Are services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Home Care When You Need It - Yes, Services are available hourly or around the clock; every day of the year!
How quickly can you send someone out to help us?
We always strive to begin services as quickly as our clients need. Our top priority, however, is to match the caregiver that would best support your loved ones' specific needs. Sometimes, our caregiver matching can take time, but it is worth the wait.
