Lou Ann Thombley, RN, MBA
Lou Ann is the owner of 4 Seasons Home Care, Inc. Her mission is to provide high quality, reliable and compassionate home care in order to promote wellness, dignity, mobility and independence for all of her clients. She is committed to helping individuals enjoy quality of life while remaining safely living at home. As a Registered Nurse for over 34 years, her education and experience provides her with the expertise to assist the elderly and disabled improve their quality of life through clinical assessment, education, care management and empowerment. She is a member of The National Aging in Place Council and serves as an Advisory Board Member to The Elrod-Hill Law Firm and The Caring Together in Hope foundation.
In May 2015, Lou Ann (previously Lou Ann Gregory) married the most wonderful man, John Thombley. They reside in Kennesaw with a combined family of 6 children, 5 grandchildren and a cat. Lou Ann loves to bake, read, travel and spend as much time as possible with family and friends.
Director of Human Resources
JoAn Hobbs currently serves as Director of Community Relations and Human Resources for 4 Seasons Home Care. JoAn comes to 4 Seasons with over 20 + years of exceptional operating and marketing experience in single and multi-site senior living communities. Her responsibilities ranged from Executive Director of several campus retirement/assisted living/memory care communities as well as serving in General Manager positions, Regional VP of Operations; VP of Assisted Living and VP of Marketing Services. These assignments included acquisition and development of new communities as well as operations and marketing of over 100 communities across the country.
Ms. Hobbs started her working career in Washington D.C. where she served for over 15 years as Executive Assistant to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Her real estate career includes General Manager and Vice President for Sales & Marketing of residential condominium projects in Houston, Texas as well as luxury residential homes in Southlake Texas.
JoAn is excited to be a part of 4 Seasons Home Care, a five star private care agency where she can continue to make a difference to clients and to staff. JoAn’s passion is providing exceptional lifestyles and care for seniors and their families and she is enjoying serving in a different arena for senior care.
JoAn holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and graduate studies at George Washington University. She currently lives in Kennesaw with her two puppy dogs, Riley and Maddy.
Director of Care Services
Tammy Odom, Director of Care Services, brings to 4 Seasons Home Care a wealth of experience in dealing with care and quality of life issues from her most recent position as Director of Assisted Living for Dogwood Forest of Acworth. She managed and scheduled some 60 caregivers providing daily care and assistance to 100+ Assisted Living residents. Tammy said she discovered her true career passion in working and serving the care needs of seniors.
Tammy’s entire career has been in customer service and establishing personal relationships with all of her customers – both her clients and the staff employees. Tammy spent over 12 years in the automotive industry where she served as a very successful Sales Executive both in the dealership and with internet sales and marketing.
Tammy attended Liberty University in Virginia; Kennesaw University and Chattahoochee Technical College. She is a native of Marietta and now resides in White, Ga. 4 Seasons Home Care is very fortunate to have Tammy on our Team.
Stephanie Ottimo, RN
Working with others and helping them get the most out of life is a top priority for Stephanie. With her Bachelors of Science in nursing coupled with her extensive experience in medical-surgical nursing, Stephanie works hard to provide compassionate care to each individual she comes in contact with. As a registered nurse, She brings her expertise in providing in-depth clinical assessments for all of our clients and develops individual plans of care specific to each person to ensure safety while promoting as much independence as possible.
Advancing herself academically is another priority that Stephanie is passionate about and is currently working on her Master’s Degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Stephanie possesses the character, heart, and desire to aid each individual in achieving and sustaining their highest level of health, activity, and independence.
Stephanie lives in Duluth, has a great boyfriend and an adorable Yorkie, Lexi. She enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time with the ones she loves.
Payroll and Coordinator
Kate Vester joined the staff of 4 Seasons Home Care in January of 2017. Kate is the Payroll and Billing Coordinator and manages all areas of the business office activities including payroll, billing and receivables and long-term care insurance claims.
Prior to joining 4 Seasons Home Care Kate was Head of the After School Program for the Agape Community Center in Atlanta. She also managed their “Go Girls Go” summer program for elementary students.
Kate has completed business and education studies at the University of Georgia and Kennesaw State University. She lives in the Vinings area and enjoys cheering on the Braves, traveling and baking.
Kate is a welcome addition to the 4 Seasons Home Care Team!!
