Below you will find answers to some of the questions you may have, although we realize this is only a starting point. Q?DO YOU ACCEPT VETERAN’S BENEFITS?
A.

We are honored to help those who have served our country. Through the Veterans Administration, veterans and the surviving spouses of veterans may qualify for benefits which can help significantly defray the costs of in-home care. If you are a veteran or a surviving spouse of a veteran, we will be happy to help you through the application process.

Q?WHAT KIND OF SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
A.

We provide companion and personal care services with the goal of helping keep your loved one living at home where they feel most comfortable. This can include such things as meal preparation, laundry and linen service, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation and errands, bathing, dressing and toileting.

Q?HOW DO YOU SCREEN YOUR CAREGIVERS?
A.

We take this very seriously. We don’t hire anyone whom we wouldn’t feel comfortable taking care of someone in our own family. Every caregiver goes through a rigorous interview process which includes the following: a national and state criminal & driving background check, drug screen, proof of auto insurance, proof of citizenship, employment reference checks, personal ethics, special training and certification verifications. In addition, all of our caregivers are bonded, insured and covered by workers compensation, helping to ensure our clients peace of mind.

Q?DO YOUR CAREGIVERS HAVE ANY SPECIALIZED TRAINING?
A.

All caregivers are Georgia Certified Nursing Assistants who are all certified in First Aid & CPR. 4 Seasons Home Care also has a continuous education program which keeps caregivers current and up-to-date on the best practices within the personal care industry.

Q?ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE IN RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES, ASSITED LIVING FACILITIES, NURSING HOMES, HOSPITALS OR REHABILITATIN CENTERS?
A.

Yes. Our services can be provided anywhere a client needs them.

Q?DO YOU ACCEPT LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE?
A.

Yes. We are network providers with most major Long Term Care Insurance providers and will take care of providing all the required documents needed to make the process streamlined.

Q?DOES 4 SEASONS HOME CARE HAVE STAFF AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCIES?
A.

Yes. Even when the office isn’t open during regular business hours, a member of our on call staff is always available to help you. You can always reach us by calling 770.419.5652.

Q?ARE SERVICES AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK?
A.

Yes. Services are available for as little as 1 hour a day up to live-in care around the clock. Every seasons of the year!

Q?HOW QUICKLY CAN SERVICES BE PROVIDED?
A.

We strive to be able to start service within 24 hours of being contacted but have also been known to be there within a couple hours.

The purpose of the assessment is to learn more about the care recipient’s needs and allow us to identify a caregiver who will make a great match.
